South East Palliative Care offers a free community service to assist in maximising the opportunity to live well with quality, and thereby embraces the holistic view of life; including the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural and social. This approach ensures that we provide a comprehensive range of in-home services to support people living with and affected by a life threatening illness, providing them with an opportunity to live with quality and dignity.
